Our Story
Kod XRX was founded on December 25, 2024, in Pune, Maharashtra, by two visionary entrepreneurs: Naveen (Co-Founder & CEO) and Priyanshu Gour (Co-Founder & CTO). The company was born from a shared vision to democratize enterprise-grade software solutions and make them accessible to businesses across India and beyond.
Our founders recognized a critical gap in the market: small and medium businesses were struggling with expensive, complex software solutions that didn't meet their specific needs, while large enterprises were locked into rigid, outdated systems. Kod XRX was created to bridge this gap.
Starting with a focus on restaurant management systems, we developed Kod Serve—a comprehensive POS and restaurant management solution. The success of Kod Serve led us to expand into other verticals, including Kod Saloon for beauty and wellness businesses, and Kod CRM Pro for customer relationship management.
