1. Satisfaction Guarantee

At Kod XRX, we are committed to your satisfaction. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions to our software products (Kod Serve, Kod Saloon, Kod ERP). If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription date. This guarantee applies to: • New subscriptions (first-time customers) • Monthly and annual subscription plans • All product tiers (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) This guarantee does not apply to: • Renewals or upgrades • Custom development services • Training and consultation services • Third-party integrations or add-ons

2. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

2.1 Time Requirements

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase date • For annual subscriptions, refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase • Late requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed

2.2 Usage Limitations

• The product must not have been extensively used (less than 50 transactions, actions, or data entries) • No significant customization or configuration work should have been performed • The account should not have been used for production purposes

2.3 Valid Reasons

Refund requests must be accompanied by a valid reason, such as: • Product does not meet stated features or requirements • Technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team • Incompatibility with your business needs (not due to misrepresentation) • Duplicate or accidental purchase Refunds will not be granted for: • Change of mind after extensive use • Failure to read product documentation or requirements • Incompatibility due to user's technical limitations • Violation of terms of service

3. Non-Refundable Items and Services

The following items and services are non-refundable:

3.1 Custom Development

• Custom feature development • Custom integrations • Tailored configurations • Bespoke solutions These are considered work-for-hire and are non-refundable once development begins.

3.2 Professional Services

• Setup and configuration services • Data migration services • Training sessions and workshops • Consultation and advisory services • Onboarding assistance

3.3 Third-Party Services

• Third-party integrations and add-ons • Payment gateway setup fees • SSL certificates and domain purchases • Any fees paid to third-party providers

3.4 Used Subscriptions

• Subscriptions that have been used beyond the refund period • Accounts with significant usage or data • Subscriptions where custom work has been performed

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

4.2 Review Process

4.3 Approval and Processing

If approved: • You will receive email confirmation • Your account access will be terminated • Refund will be processed to your original payment method • Processing time: 5-7 business days • You will receive a refund confirmation email

4.4 Denial

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

5.2 Cancellation Refunds

• No refunds for partial months or periods • Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds available if cancelled within first 30 days • After 30 days: No refunds for remaining period • All refunds subject to review and approval

5.3 Data Export

Before cancellation: • Export your data using our data export tools • Download reports and documents • Save any important information • We retain data for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently delete it

6. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds:

6.1 Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions cancelled after the refund period: • Refund calculated based on unused months • Processing fees may apply • Subject to review and approval

6.2 Service Issues

If we are unable to resolve service issues: • Partial refunds may be offered for downtime • Calculated based on service unavailability • Requires documented evidence of issues

7. Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase: • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days • Bank Transfers: 7-10 business days • UPI: 3-5 business days • Digital Wallets: 3-5 business days Note: International refunds may take longer due to banking processes.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

9. Special Circumstances
